Terms of Service
Last updated July 1, 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of TalkLytx. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. This page is a plain-language summary and not legal advice.
1. Your account
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content you don't have the rights to, or that's unlawful.
- Attempt to bypass plan limits or security controls.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the service or its AI features.
- Use the service to harm others or violate applicable laws.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the data and content you bring to TalkLytx. You grant us the limited rights necessary to store and process it to provide the service. We claim no ownership of your data.
4. Plans, billing & credits
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. AI features consume credits as described on the pricing page. You can change or cancel your plan from your billing page; changes are prorated. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. AI output
AI-generated answers, charts, and explanations may contain errors. TalkLytx shows you exactly how each answer was reached so you can verify results, but you are responsible for checking outputs before relying on them for decisions.
6. Availability & changes
We work hard to keep the service reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be communicated, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalkLytx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months.
